The Sierra Vista, Arizona No Kings Day protest started at 9 AM yesterday. Walking through the parking lot after I arrived, a woman driving by told me, "The other people are here, and they're carrying guns." I saw only one counter-protester who was armed and a handful of other counter-protesters. Crowd size estimate is 800 -1,000 people. There was a guy who was doing an actual head count. When he passed me, he told me he was already over 600. He crossed the street to continue counting, and I lost track of him from there. I did not see any incidents of violence. At one point a car drove by, and the driver flipped us the bird. A protester responded, "Two fingers are better than one!"
