Depending on whom you believe, Ash Canyon Bird Sanctuary is either 6.5 or 7 miles south of my house. Take State Route 92 into Hereford, Arizona. Turn right at Turkey Track Rd. And be sure to not get lost, because you will end up on a single-lane, rough road, wishing you were driving a jeep, with no way to turn around.
